The blog name has 2 meanings for me: 1. love notes being love melodies/music and 2. love notes that you would give to your secret admirer/lover.

Hi, my name is Sand (แซน). I am a Thai American born and raised in sunny Southern California. Yes, I can speak, read, and write Thai fluently. Since I can remember, I’ve always been listening to Thai music. When I was little, back before the internet days where you can just buy songs online, I would ask a relative to buy the cassette tapes/CDs for me whenever they went back to Thailand. It was like Christmas every time someone came back to the US.
